Aerotek Looking for Electrician at Ontario Full Time

My client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is looking for an electrician to join their team in Stoney Creek, ON.

Required Skills:

• 442A or 309A or 433A

• Basic experience with PLCs

• Familiar with material handling systems, conveyor systems, pumps, gearboxes, drive systems and industrial automation

Job Description:

• Conducting maintenance on company equipment

• Both electrical and mechanical maintenance

• Troubleshooting production line machines

• Conducting boiler tests

• Managing line operations and breakdowns

• Conducting online reports for reactive and preventative maintenance

• Working closely with production foreman to manage day to day tasks

• Changing bearings

• Looking into PLC errors

• Changing fuses and troubleshooting

• Completing control wiring

• Working with production team to evaluate what needs to be done quickest

Shift:

Start on days, then switch to continental rotating shift

Pay:

$35.39/hr
