Aerotek Looking for Expansion Line Operator at Ontario Full Time

MACHINE OPERATOR NEEDED!!

My client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a flexible expansion machine operator to join their team in Etobicoke. This is a full time, long term opportunity.

Job Title: FLEXIBLE EXPANSION OPERATOR

Job Duties:

• Responsible to operate 4 expansion lines simultaneously

• Able and willing to be trained and operate across all expansion departments

• Responsible for the manufacture of quality expanded tubing and running multiple expanders, online cutting and packaging

• Responsible for ensuring production/quality levels are met, perform size changes, and generate minimal scrap

• Able to identify quality problems with component(s) or finished products and take the appropriate measures whether notifying the supervisor or making remedial adjustments to the equipment

• Perform all quality checks as required and document accurately the results

• Able to complete all paperwork reporting of material and labour as required

• Keep work area clean and organized including tooling and equipment

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

1. ) 1 YEAR OF MANUFCATURING EXPERINCE

2. ) Comfortable lifting 50lbs

3. ) Basic math skills

4. ) mechanically inclined

Location: Etobicoke, Ontario

Shift:

1. Night Shift – 11:00pm to 7:00am

Pay: 23.30 hourly + $0.70 night shift premium
