Aerotek Looking for Forklift Operator at California Full Time

Seeking forklift operator in Santa Rosa, CA

PAY

• Forklift, Day shift= $25

SHIFT:

• DAY SHIFT: Monday-Friday 5AM-1:30PM, with daily overtime (Saturday’s when needed). OT Is not mandatory right now. There is plenty of OT available for those that want it- 10 + hours/week. Day Shift starts EARLIER when they work OT. They start as early as 4AM.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Forklift Operator will be working in a factory/manufacturing setting that looks like Home Depot. The manufacturing floor has bottling lines in it, and they have a warehouse at the back. The bottles they fill are plastic, not glass, so it’s not as loud as a winery. People wear safety goggles, vests, hard hats and closed-toed shoes. There are forklifts maneuvering through the facility too.

• The FL Operator will operate a Forklift 50% of their day and do manual labor the rest of the day, lifting heavy boxes of liquid fertilizer.

• The FL Operator team gets pick tickets from their supervisor throughout their day, and they use the tickets to pull product from the warehouse (they have an upstairs and downstairs warehouse)

• They will perform cycle counts

• They pull raw materials for the Production Line

• Pull product from warehouse to Shipping team

• Replenish work stock

• Stocking and refilling product

• Pull finished goods off of the production line and stock it
