Description:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems and propose effective solutions
• Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal efficiency and safety
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of protective equipment
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining maintenance and repair work to clients
• Keep up to date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry practices
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigeration units

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or degree preferred
• Proven experience as an HVAC mechanic or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call as needed
• Type II EPA Certification
