Our team is committed to making sure each member of our online community of Real Estate Agents feels supported and encouraged as we support them towards growing their business & presence online.

We’re looking for someone who is an absolute EXPERT at helping others feel heard and helped. The primary focus of the Client Success Manager is to spearhead those efforts by being the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clients are best set up to succeed, proactively evaluating our client journey for improvements & meeting KPIs for client retention and engagement as assigned.

• You are excited to learn our products and programs inside and out, not in an effort to further your digital-marketing knowledge, but to truly provide the absolute best support and guidance to members of our community.
• This is a work-from-home position that will report directly to our VP Operations and will also work closely with other key members of the Account Management team.
• There is plenty of freedom and flexibility in the schedule to take care of personal tasks as well as carving out time to recharge as necessary. However, we generally work 9 AM to 5 PM PST and would expect you to be available during those hours.
• There are times when the workload will be much higher than others and we are looking for someone who is committed to “getting the job done”. We are a tiny but mighty team and are able to operate a multi 8-figure business efficiently because each one of us is fiercely committed to upholding the integrity of the brand.
• Our team dynamic is sacred to us and we are looking for a like-minded person who is willing to make that same commitment. This is not a good fit for someone who has an established book of clients and is looking for “more hours” or a “side gig”.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Managing assigned clients and ensuring Agent Launch members are optimally supported
• Act as a cheerleader in our private community to encourage clients
• Study weekly coaching calls offered by the Agent Launch community & our professional network
• Managing client onboarding & ongoing weekly check in’s with assigned clients
• Manage all program resources and ensure all links are working
• Understand and execute all systems and processes related to the client journey through their lead generation and our online program
• Increase community and customer conversion by preemptively providing resources that help people get unstuck and closer to the solutions we offer
• Know and communicate Agent Launch’s voice, vision, values, and content with total confidence

Skills and Abilities:

• Advanced/ bilingual level of English
• 3 years experience in a customer facing role, providing an outstanding service
• Experience with online business or real estate agents is a major plus!
• Comfortable with YouTube and Facebook
• Would describe yourself as ‘tech-savvy’
• DETAIL ORIENTED, organised, creative, and great at measuring results, and meeting deadlines.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously — you get things done and keep promises.
• Has previous experience with providing client/customer/patient support
• Growth mindset — has a commitment to continually learning, improving, and refining our community-building processes and knowing the programmes inside out.
• Open to feedback and coachable — willing to take on challenges and constructive feedback.
• Extremely flexible, compassionate, and team-oriented — you stay positive and committed to solving problems instead of focusing on them.
• Mature, coachable, and happy doing high-level projects as well as mundane administrative tasks (there will be a mix of both!)
• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) — you get people and are great at seeing beneath the surface and getting to the root of an issue.
• Eager and willing to grow in this role and within the company.
