Agilus is recruiting for a Accounts Payable Clerk in the Manufacturing Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with vendors, employees on approval ensuring adherence company policy
- Keep close relationship and communication with suppliers and ensure all invoices are processed in due time and as per the payables policies and controls in place
- Update and register new vendors to include collecting vendor’s bank details, classification and other items needed
- Scanning and preparing cheque runs
Successful candidates will have:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience in Dynamics is preferred
- Clear verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively with all clients both internal and external
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Total rewards:
- $20.00 – $24.00 hourly
- Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
