AGM Renovations Looking for Account Receivable Specialist-REMOTE at Greater Toronto Area, Canada Full Time

AGM Renovations provides quality renovations services throughout Canada and USA. Our team is always on the lookout for exceptional talent and we are currently hiring a full-time Account Receivable Specialist to work remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record AR transactions in QuickBooks
• Verify invoices for completeness and accuracy prior to delivering to clients
• Facilitate documents for execution for client financing arrangements
• Proactively informing management of delinquent accounts which require further action
• Reconcile deposits received to contracts signed. Ensure all signed contract deposits have been collected
• Initiate conversations with customers to discuss their accounts and missed payments
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Prepare and send invoices to customers
• Manage client relationships
• Work with the finance team to resolve customer discrepancies
• Review FastField form submission for collection
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an A/R role
• At least 1 year of experience with QuickBooks
• Post secondary diploma in accounting (or a related field), or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Highly organized individual with excellent prioritization skills and great attention to detail
