UN(THINK) Foods, a subsidiary of AgriFORCE, leverages natural science to help regular grains, pulses and root vegetables become flour-based products that offer superior nutrition, without compromising taste and quality. In the process of building our production capabilities and launching our first products, we need a Supply Chain Leader who can deliver short-term hands-on results while building the business and the team around it.
Reporting to the General Manager the Director, Supply Chain serves as the bridge between production and the commercial organization. The Director is responsible for overseeing supply planning, demand planning and operations execution. Operations execution encompasses order management, procurement, customer service, EDI management, and assorted administrative functions. This position is also responsible for handling transportation and logistics and will be responsible for hiring, managing and developing the Supply Chain team.
The ideal candidate will be a supply chain leader with a strong background leading teams in FMCG organizations in the food segment. They will have a comprehensive understanding of integrated supply chain tools/processes with a proven track record of building capabilities and leading transformations within the planning function. This individual is a data driven and technology savvy individual with a proven track record of linking operational KPIs to overall business objectives. They must have experience building and developing supply chain capabilities to support e-commerce growth. It is critical that this individual has a commercial orientation and deep experience developing and leading S&OP processes that create strong partnerships with customers to improve cost and service.
