Core Responsibilities
- Leverage your creativity to curate compelling, topical and brand-consistent content tailored to each social media platform.
- Schedule posts to ensure optimal reach and engagement, considering peak audience activity times.
- Create purposeful copy with brand objectives, voice and target audiences in mind.
- Proactively engage with audiences to foster community and brand loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends and emerging opportunities.
- Assist the marketing manager in developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving strong organic growth across a variety of different social media platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, manage competing deadlines and execute deliverables in a timely fashion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions and implement them accordingly.
- You are comfortable with working on a lean team, wearing multiple hats and enjoy new challenges.
