Position Summary:
The Office Manager is an operationally, all-encompassing role which supports branch operations by maintaining and growing support systems, project administration oversight and staff supervision. Working closely with team members to ensure the administration of multiple back-office processes are executed accordingly to ensures that the service delivery cycle flows accordingly and that client KPI’s are met.
