We are looking for a Finance Process Manager (d/f/m) with focus on Logistic and Supply Chain at Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) located in Hamburg. You will be part of the international team within the Finance Transformation department with a possible start date of May 2022.
We are looking for a Finance Process Manager (d/f/m) with focus on Logistic and Supply Chain at Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) located in Hamburg. You will be part of the international team within the Finance Transformation department with a possible start date of May 2022.
In this position, you are responsible to represent financial requirements into Logistic & Supply Chain processes in large Airbus projects.
You work in close cooperation with the SAP Logistic & Supply Chain team on the one side and with the team Finance Accounting & Controlling on the other side.
At the end of the process you will ensure that financial SAP standards are fulfilled in respective Logistic and Supply Chain flows.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
As a Finance representative you will cooperate with Logistic & Supply Chain to enable all related finance needs into the project.
You will lead transnational project teams
You will be in charge of all logistic and supply chain financial processes including financial reportings
Ensure financial audit support will also be one of your tasks
Mitigation of problems inside your project will be in your responsibility as well.
To ensure the success of your projects you will negotiate on behalf of our finance community.
One of your main tasks will be stakeholder management and expectation management
You will support finance management in decision taking
Your educational background:
Educated Master’s degree in IT or Finance
Or technical apprenticeship in Logistic & Supply Chain and or Finance area with appropriate further training/education,
Experience in Logistic & Supply Chain for several years.
Several years of experience in finance accounting would be a clear plus
Your hard skills and qualifications:
You have several years of experience in SAP Logistic & Supply Chain Processes
You have a deep understanding of SAP-MM
Experience in SAP-PP, SAP-PS, SAP-FI-CO is a clear plus
Relevant experiences working on projects in Agile and Waterfall methodologies is part of your profile
You have basic knowledge on financial impact in Logistic & Supply Chain Processes
You have good understanding in Project Management
Customs knowledge is a plus
