Inside Sales Representative:

Job Duties:

• Prospect for new business through cold calling.

• Develop new and existing business opportunities through effective pipeline management.

• Negotiate rates and quotations to the best solution for both company and customer.

• Manage customer relationships to ensure maximization of company revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure successful integration of new business within the company network.

• Understand customer requirements and develop creative/innovative solutions.

_ Qualifications: _

• You must have at least 2 years of prior inside sales experience in the Transportation/Logistics Industry.

• Confident with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Able to multi task, organize and prioritize work.

• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• A book of business is an asset.

Pay Rate:

• $46,800 to $49,400 annually.

• Group benefits are available after 3 month probationary period.
