Role: Senior Business Analyst
Term: Immediate, 9-month term
Location: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid – 3 DaysOnsite)
Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior BA will consult with IT and business team members sponsoring technology change and other resources as necessary to determine how people, data, processes, communications, and information technology can best accomplish improvements for the business. In achieving this, the BA will act as a facilitator and liaison, bridging the gap between the sponsoring group and technical resources. When problem solving, the focus is primarily on the business and technical aspects with an emphasis on troubleshooting difficult requirements.
Role Responsibilities:

- Track against testing and requirements
Education:
· CBAP preferred
Mandatory:
- Overall Business Analyst experience (7+ years)
- IT Experience (7+ years)
- Strong workshop facilitation of requirements gathering with cross-functional groups (business & IT) (5+)
- O365, Teams, SharePoint (work with) (5+)
- Cross-functional team experience
- Time Management
- Attention to Detail
