AKSO Marine Biotech Inc. Looking for Marketing Coordinator at Hacketts Cove, Nova Scotia, Canada Full Time

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote sea cucumber products in Asia, Europe and North America.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities
• Create and maintain social media accounts to promote products and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist in designing marketing materials, including posters and images
• Keep promotional materials ready and maintain inventory
• Plan and coordinate participation in industry events and trade shows
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market data
• Prepare marketing reports summarizing sales data and market trends
• Support sales staff by providing sales data, market analysis, and product information
• Research competitive products and maintain research databases
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing strategies as necessary
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and market share

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in international marketing and market research, preferably in the health supplement and traditional Chinese medicine industry.
• Proficient in English and having basic communication skills in French can be advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing and coordinating events and trade shows.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the seafood, traditional Chinese Medicine and health supplement industry and related regulations and standards.
• Experience in managing a team of at least 5 people.
• Familiarity with import/export operations.
• Knowledge of international trade and marketing practices, with experience in at least three of the following regions: Asia, North America and Europe.
• Ability to present and speak confidently as a representative of the company.
