We have the privilege of working for some of the city’s most discerning clients in high-end homes and businesses.

Our lead carpenter and site specialist is extremely important. They help ensure our projects are clean and safe and run smoothly. Their high level of professionalism keeps our projects moving forward.

Responsibilities may change from day to day and site to site but in general will include interior and exterior clean up, moving materials, taking deliveries, and assisting other trades.

As a lead carpenter and site specialist you are also able to complete general construction tasks including trim carpentry, drywall repair, tile repair, cribbing, site prep, etc.

Additional considerations:

• Preference to candidates with valid WHMIS, and/or Working and Heights certification

• Must have your own vehicle (mileage expense reimbursement available)

• Preference given to candidates who live in Toronto, although we have projects around

the GTA and local travel is required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with renovations and custom home building

• Job Type: Hourly up to 40 hours a week

• Salary: $30-45/hour +perks, and benefits

• WSIB, vacation pay, CPP and EI pay included
