Summary of Position:
The primary objective of this position is to ensure that our customers experience the highest unparalleled level of customer care every time all the time.
Accountabilities
- Responds to incoming calls, emails, and other message from customers.
- Drives every customer interaction with a customer-centricity approach.
- Identifies customer needs, responds to queries, collaborates with internal departments to optimize the customer’s experience.
- Oversees the challenges of solving issues in a fast and creative way.
- Deals with high-pressure situations with poise, diplomacy, and tact.
- Identifies, develops, generates, tracks, and analyzes key performance metrics to ensure that we are providing the highest level of customer care to our customers.
- Develops and fosters improved workflow strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of the current system and achieve customer satisfaction results.
- Reviews, evaluates, assigns, schedules, follows up and documents on service appointments in an efficient and timely manner.
- Manages all aspects of setting up, modifying, and changing account information that is required.
- Creates, documents, and analyzes numbers and data.
- Provides customer feedback to all areas of the company.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary College Diploma in Business.
- A minimum of 5 years of Business/Customer Care experience.
- Pass a Police Criminal Background Check.
- Willingness to obtain a Reliability Clearance (employer-sponsored).
- Strong software and computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Ability to respond appropriately in high-pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanour.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

This is a six-month contract with the potential to be full-time permanent.
