Key Competencies, Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership in a financial management capacity with an Accounting and/or Finance Degree, CGA or equivalent.
- Strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills contribute to the development of current and long-term strategies.
- Ability to pivot expeditiously in an ever-changing tech industry and market.
- Growth mindset, embracing challenges and the desire to contribute to a growth culture.
- Professional presentation skills to deliver effective, relevant, and engaging information to a variety of audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Manage our transition to the #1 Business Management Software in the security industry.
- Lead, direct and optimize the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Manage financial risk and provide value-added insights to decision-makers and the executive team.
- ·Automate cumbersome financial processes with a focus on highly repetitive tasks.
- Provide financial leadership, accountability and increase financial transparency across the organization.
- Manage end-to-end business processes adapting to changing business needs.
- Analyze big data providing critical information, just in time to decision-makers.
- Oversee all accounting functions across the organization.
