Description:
The Senior Advisor, Talent Solutions is responsible for supporting systems projects to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team effectively to effectively identify, source, attract and acquire the best talent in order to achieve the organization’s primary objective to deliver expert quality patient care and services. The Senior Advisor will anticipate TA project/program requirements and identify opportunities for business solutions or evidence-based recommendations that can be evaluated for efficacy and demonstrate continuous quality improvement techniques. This position involves leading initiatives from gathering requirements and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Project Management and/or Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Applied Behavioural Sciences, Education, or other related field. Three (3) or more years of professional experience in a Project Management role, and/or Human Resources Talent Acquisition role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Comprehensive working knowledge of project development, talent attraction and acquisition methodologies, talent management and human resources in general. Experience with project frameworks such as standardized templates, processes, activities, and tools used to plan, start, control, and finish a project. Experienced in working with various technology such as PeopleSoft, Tableau, REDCap, Taleo, Oracle Business Intelligence and Recruitment Management System. Ability to leverage system capabilities to build and understand complex data and analytics for the purpose of evaluation and reporting. Diverse HR experience with strong understanding of general HR processes, legislation, structure and inclusive hiring practices. Experience working with and presenting to stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Project Management certification. Change Management certification. Previous success in collaborating on deliverable software solutions. Knowledge of project and change management methodologies and the ability to utilize various techniques. Experience in health care or other government agencies. Experience in a unionized environment and collective agreement requirements.
