About the Role*
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Academic Relations serves as a key member of the office of the CEO – building out relationships across campus with our primary partner, the University of Alberta, as well as our affiliate institutions. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary point of contact with Amii’s Fellow group – ensuring alignment and activation of Amii’s primary researchers.
In this role you will work closely with Amii’s CEO and the VP of Public Strategy and Grants to build strong relationships with Amii’s academic partners, search for and implement new opportunities for collaboration with Amii’s partner institutions, and be a key point of contact for Amii’s growing group of researchers.
