WHAT YOU’LL DO
Report to the Chief Instructor (Novice)
Provide exceptional in-vehicle and classroom service delivery resulting in high levels of member client satisfaction with AMA Fleet Safety Driver Education programs.
Provide training and ongoing instructor development for new and existing in-vehicle and classroom instructors
Deliver performance feedback through instructor evaluations and monitoring.
Provide technical support to the Manager, coordinator, and in-vehicle and classroom instructors.
Produce monthly, quarterly and annual instructor and vehicle reports.
Maintain fleet vehicles.
Address member/customer concerns in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
You have a high school diploma.
You hold a Class 1, 2, or 4 Alberta Operator’s License.
You’re a licensed Alberta Driving Instructor (classroom, un-restricted in-vehicle and Defensive Driving course).
You have a minimum of three years’ experience in all facets of Driver Education. You’ll get bonus points if you have a teaching degree or related experience.
