If you’re a talented and engaging trainer (with Sherpa-like instincts), we’d love for you to be part of our Member Services, Registries, Team where you’ll facilitate training for Registry Services new hires and seasoned staff. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the Director, Contact Center Operations, you’ll support AMA Registries strategies and plans by developing and delivering training programs that are engaging, interactive learning sessions (classroom, online, blended) guided by adult learning principles.
Coordinate and communicate with the Directors of Sales & Service and Member Services Managers to understand individual and team coaching/training requirements in the center’s and adjust the training plans to address the needs.
Protect our brand image by sticking to our Association standards and guidelines.
Live our culture of treating others just like family and friends while maintaining high engagement and retention levels within the Registries team.
Coach Registries agents on: Registry products and services, operational policies and procedures, regulatory practices, membership, and exceptional sales and service delivery to all members.
Evaluate learner reaction, retention and transfer of learning and adjust course materials/curriculum to improve effectiveness.
Complete review sessions with agents and centre leadership teams, based on training plans and Agent Performance Information Reports from RANet.
Provide operational support to Supervisors and Member Service Managers when new registry systems, policies, or products and services are introduced.
Visit AMA centres to conduct detailed evaluations based on established criteria and performance expectations through regular individual and team coaching sessions (business travel required).
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
You already have business education/learning environment experience under your belt and are ready for your next big challenge.
You have comprehensive knowledge of all Registry systems, with the ability to use this knowledge to train and provide development to registry staff.
You have Performance management skills including effective goal setting, measuring, monitoring and execution techniques.
You have experience with Driver Education sales (Drive System).
You have a clean Police Information Check (PIC).
Required Licensing/Certification:
Alberta Health Care Information Plan certification
Alberta Organ and Tissue Donor Registry certification
Basic Registries certification
Commissioner for Oaths
Corporate Registry certification for levels 1-2 (CORES level 3 would be considered a strong asset)
Alberta Personal Property Registry certification (APPRES) would be considered a strong asset.
