As an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting Legal and Compliance, you will be trusted to work on general administrative tasks with also a variety of other responsibilities that are relevant for the Legal and compliance functions and related governance including: Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production, data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving, scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements, receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources. This role in located in Mississauga, Canada and a typical day will include:
