Job description: Everything you learned in school while taking ECE …. and then some! Curriculum planning, preparation and implementation is a must. Candidate with resources and good time management skills will be given priority. You would be a part of regular planning of themes, field trips, classroom arrangement and centre changes

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be apart of this unique centre. We are Aldergrove’s longest running group centre; and take pride in our well-respected philosophy and centre dynamics. Required skills and/or experience for this position:
ECE License to Practice (and all required information as per Regulations)
Ideas to bring forward; passionate about teaching/learning
Healthy, energetic, physically capable of exercising daily alongside children and staff
Capable of understanding and implementing the centre’s core philosophy and traditional values
Drive to be apart of this industry
Wage range does not include $4 wage enhancement currently offered by Province of BC. This will be additional and added on each pay
Wage is based on skillset and experience; however a candidate with no experience but the passion and drive to carry out the above-mentioned doesn’t necessarily start at entry wage. Full wage will commence following a 2 week probation period. Wellness and benefit package (50% employer paid for single person) will be offered following a performance evaluation (generally 3 months).
Class 4 drivers license and excellent drivers abstract will be a definite asset

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We have changed business hours to allow additional deep cleaning time and implement commercial cleaning staff. We pay close attention to proper cleaning procedures with industrial grade products.
