The Opportunity.
We are looking for a hard-working problem solver with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to join our firm as a Business Development Associate. The primary functions of the role will be inside sales, marketing, and administering the business development process. The successful candidate will be working directly with one of the Founders and will have tremendous opportunities for growth and to get involved in all aspects of business development.
The main responsibilities of the position include,
- Inside Sales: booking and coordinating meetings, prospecting, responding to client queries
- Marketing: preparing reports, materials, presentations, and analysis
- Digital Marketing: managing the firm’s LinkedIn, videos, digital campaigns, and website updates
- Business Development Processes: ensuring no balls get dropped
The Ideal Candidate.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment, and possess the following attributes and experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
- Persistent, problem solver, with a strong work ethic
- Result oriented, flexible, and with a strong desire to learn
Compensation.
Competitive market salary plus an annual discretionary bonus.
