Job Description
Reporting to the Training Manager, the incumbent is responsible for and provides support in different areas related to:
The incumbent works closely with the Operations, Marketing and Sales teams and is responsible for administrative duties maintaining accurate records of products, classes, instructors and partners in CRM, Genesis, Brightspace and other relevant locations (partner websites, etc.), and ensuring all follow-ups are completed, including all associated invoices and payments.
This position requires 2-3 days at Algonquin College’s Corporate Training Campus (700 Sussex).
