Social Media Marketing Specialist
As a social media marketing specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with our leadership team to implement social media marketing strategies that enhance the brand visibility of Alignor and Skillario to engage with diverse target audiences and drive business growth. You will work closely with our leadership team to create and manage content, monitor performance metrics, and stay up to date on industry trends to ensure the success of our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy Development:
· Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
· Identify diverse target audiences and create tailored content that resonates with those audiences.
· Define key performance indicators ( KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
2. Content Creation:
· Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content, including texts, images, videos, and infographics.
· Write compelling and relevant captions and posts for various social media platforms.
3. Social Media Management:
· Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement and address customer inquiries.
4. Paid Advertising:
· Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive traffic and conversations.
· Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
· Analyze social media metrics and compile regular reports to track the performance of campaigns.
· Make data-driven recommendations to improve strategy and achieve better results.
6. Trend Monitoring:
· Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
· Implement innovative strategies and features to stay ahead of the competition
7. Collaboration:
· Work closely with the leadership team, graphic designers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency and synergy across all marketing channels.
8. Social media compliance:
· Ensure all social media content complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including copyright and privacy laws.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
· Proven experience in social media marketing and management.
· Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in social media management tools and analytic platforms.
· Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
· Analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.
· Knowledge of SEO and online advertising is a plus.
· Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with ever changing social media landscape.
