We are looking for a head accountant experienced, bilingual, hand-on, tech savvy to join us.
Responsibilities
- Execute month end closing procedures;
- Bank Reconciliations for all entities;
- Sale tax filing and follow up with the government to make sure the refund is collected on time;
- Oversee the ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly;
- Lead all audit work and be the main point of contact for external auditors, banking institutions;
- Provide operational, administrative and governmental reports;
- Experience in multiple business management and consolidations;
Qualifications
- Perfectly bilingual;
- Self-motivated, hand-on, sense of responsibility, able to work in fast paced environment;
- Accounting bachelor background, CPA will be an asset;
- Has at least 3 years over related experience
- Has manufacturing company background
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Advanced MS excel knowledge( familiarity with formulas, vlookup and pivot tables)
