All-Brite Glass & Tint is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries. You will also assist in preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process and reconcile company invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger
Requirements
- Accounting/Bookkeeping Certifcation or related field
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Monday-Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
