Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor at Allcon Construction located in King City, ON. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing materials, and supervising construction workers. You will also be responsible for coordinating with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision, construction management, or related field.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with construction software and equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Experience in the construction industry is required.
- A degree or diploma in construction management or related field is preferred.
