Construction – property maintenance
Skills to have:
- Excellent & Strong computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint
- Strong communication skills – oral and written.
- Self motivated with good organizational skills. • Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
- Have knowledge in construction field, interior & exterior renovation.
- Able to estimate, read plans and write reports.
- Ability to work with others as a team. • Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Project management: 3 years (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hamilton, ON
