About The Job Are you looking for a flexible and remote entry-level position in data entry? We are seeking a Junior Data Entry Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database, ensuring that all data is entered efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Entering data into various computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy
- Performing regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Maintaining accurate records of all data entries
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
- Identifying and correcting errors in data entry
- Communicating with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Performing other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in data entry is an asset, but not required
