Responsibilities
- Welcome new hires with a red-carpet treatment ensuring a great experience and a smooth start into their roles.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding welcome packages.
- Send out communications covering everything needed on the onboarding agenda.
- Identify creative ways to onboard employees.
- Ensure Compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic technical concepts.
- Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong team player with a driven approach who can work with limited guidance.
