Please note: This is NOT a remote position. You must be able to travel into the office, Monday to Friday, which is located just north of Square One in Mississauga.

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representatives to respond to customer inquiries and complaints. Your goal will be customer satisfaction and retention. You will be trained to become an expert with our products and then use this knowledge to exhibit effective customer service and negotiations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage automated inbound calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction by solving their problems
• Build relationships of trust through effective communication in both English and Spanish or French
• Ability to multi-task including speaking and typing simultaneously

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or French
• Ability to meet daily/weekly performance targets
• Proven customer support/negotiation experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Able to multi-task: respond to phone inquiries and keyboard information efficiently
• Reliable, able to prioritize, and manage time effectively
• We are searching for both English and Spanish or French speaking representatives.
• 40+ hrs/week Full time, Permanent afternoon shift Noon – 8pm, Monday to Friday
