AlphaEdu Academy is an academic driven online learning school. We dedicated to providing superior academic programs including OSSD courses from K- Grade12 school students in a small class setting, and/or personalized learning environments. We are seeking passionate candidates who are reliable, committed and experienced teaching French as a foreign language.
Job Type: Part Time (Permanent / Contract)
Subjects: French
Work Location: Remote – Zoom and Google Class
Commence Time: Immediately
Salary Rate: $25-30/hour
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required
- Graduate or currently studying in teacher’s college
- Previous online teaching experience is an asset
- Strong and steady internet connection for remote teaching
Job Descriptions:
- Plan and implement lessons according to Ontario high school curriculum following AlphEdu Academy requirements
- Encourage interactive learning by individualized instruction to each student
- Ensure students fully understand material and knowledge by class level
- Create and distribute assignments and tests, mark and render feedbacks weekly
- Assess and record students’ progress, provide midterm and final reports.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 4-10 per week
Salary: Up to $30.00 per hour
