In collaboration with the Senior Manager, Communications and Marketing and the Marketing Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
– Write and edit departmental texts (news, articles, biographies, internal words, service offers, internal and external newsletters, invitations, etc.);
– Participate in the development of a social media strategy;
– Participate in the design of advertisements;
– Manage social media (administer pages, write and upload content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
– Manage communications at sponsored events and conferences given by professionals;
– Review PowerPoint presentations;
– Feed the firm’s intranet with content;
– Participate in legal directory submissions, applications to various competitions and industry recognition programs (Chambers, Canadian Law List, Lexpert, Best Lawyers, etc.);
– Ensure the updating of the directory of representative mandates;
– Support all other initiatives of the marketing and communications team, as required.
Required experience and knowledge
– Hold a university degree in communication, journalism or equivalent;
– A minimum of five years of experience in digital and traditional communications;
– Excellent writing skills in French;
– Have a good knowledge of social media management;
– Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
