-You will work closely with the head of the business immigration group in the outreach and visibility of the group, including client development activities, and the preparation of presentations and conferences.
-You will plan and organize the work of lawyers according to deadlines;
-You will enter information into a computerized database;
-You will manage the correspondence and the agenda of the lawyers in addition to organizing travel and meetings;
-You will follow up on ongoing files and file relevant information received from clients;
-You will prepare the documents relating to invoicing, time entry and follow up on receivables;
Your profile
-Training in secretarial, office technology, administration or office automation;
-5 years or more of experience in a professional environment or similar role;
-Perfect English/French bilingualism both orally and in writing;
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook;
-Autonomy, initiative and high sense of responsibility;
-Versatility and flexibility to work in a team;
-Strong sense of customer service and impeccable work ethic.
