Reporting to the Internal Services Supervisor, the Internal Services Clerk’s main responsibilities will be to:
– Sort incoming mail by recipient;
– Perform searches for unidentified mail;
– Welcome people who come to pick up boxes or envelopes (such as bailiffs, messengers and others);
– Respond to requests from internal customers;
– Place service calls for photocopiers;
– Photocopy and scan documents;
– Be responsible for orders, inventory and storage logistics;
– Replace the receptionist as required (greet clients, answer incoming calls to the office and forward them to designated persons);
– Perform other related duties.
Required experience and knowledge
– Hold a high school diploma or equivalent;
– Have more than 3 years of professional experience as an internal services clerk;
– Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Skills required
– Ability to work under pressure;
– Great concern for customer service;
– Be able to lift/ pull/ push loads of approximately 40 pounds;
– Ability to work independently and in a team in a professional environment;
– Sense of organization, rigor and management of priorities.
