The expected pay for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, consisting of both base pay ($18-20 per hour) and commission. You will be given great benefits such as a 401k with match, bonuses, paid time off, vacation time, a uniform allowance, occasional travel for training, complimentary chiropractic, physical therapy, and supplements at cost for you and your immediate family members.
This position will work 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday with occasional weekend shifts (2-4/year).
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CASE MANAGER
Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review all necessary paperwork for new patients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for their upcoming appointments. You will actively engage in daily huddles and present comprehensive reports on the previous day and current appointments. Additionally, you will conduct thorough new patient consultations, actively listen and address their concerns while gathering vital information.
Your role will also involve skillfully performing exam tests, contributing to the diagnostic process and aiding in accurate treatment planning. You will be responsible for documenting crucial information during new patient exams, providing essential insights to the provider for effective decision-making. As a valued member of our team, you will actively participate in correlation sessions, capturing and understanding provider recommendations for precise treatment planning. You will present patient results in a clear and professional manner and deliver care plans clearly and succinctly, periodically checking in with the patient to ensure their compliance.
