Our nonprofit looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide coverage for 1 day at their Kingston office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a corporate environment, and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers.

Contract: 1 Day Only (Feb 20th)

Location: Kingston, ON – free parking available

Pay: Minimum wage

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate department or person
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about our client’s products and services
• Monitor and maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
