Join us as a Senior Executive Program Consultant in the cutting-edge field of Digital Health Interoperability (DHI). As a key player in our leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives, mentor top-tier professionals, and contribute to the realization of a connected health system.

As a seasoned executive, your expertise will shape the evolution of our DHI program, contributing to its success and fostering a culture of excellence. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating the maturity of our product portfolio and guiding the DHI Leadership Team in achieving Year 1 deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing culture within the DHI team.
• Advise the Strategy & Delivery Office (SDO) for effective execution of the DHI Internal Strategic Plan.
• Provide oversight to SDO leaders in strategy, business planning, and delivery.
• Establish and enhance program processes and capabilities to drive operational excellence.

2. Product Management Excellence:

• Mentor DHI Product Managers in executing each stage of the product lifecycle.
• Ensure effective governance, monitoring, and reporting of product performance.
• Mitigate risks and issues across the product portfolio with strategic solutions.

3. Program Oversight:

• Guide teams in delivering initiatives/projects on time, within budget, and in line with interoperability standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster collaboration and coordination among project teams for successful outcomes.

4. Performance Measurement and Evaluation:

• Define internal KPIs and metrics to assess the performance and impact of each DHI pillar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to establish comprehensive performance indicators.
• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance against established targets.
