Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Advisor at our Burlington, ON location. As a Service Advisor, your day-to-day tasks will include providing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer-focused service. You will also be responsible for aftersales support and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service and customer satisfaction skills
• Ability to provide customer-focused service
• Excellent communication skills
• Aftersales support experience
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
