Position Overview:

Aluula is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to fill the role of President. Reporting directly to the CEO, the President will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory, leading a team of 35 dedicated professionals, and driving operational and sales excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations, managing teams, and achieving sustainable growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company, working closely with the CEO and the executive team to set long-term objectives and goals.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of approximately 35 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
3. Operations: Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control, to ensure the highest standards of product quality and efficiency.
4. Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement a robust sales and business development strategy to expand market share in North America, Europe and Asia, explore new revenue streams, and identify opportunities for growth in both the sports and industrial sectors.
5. Financial Management: Responsible for the overall financial health of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and profitability optimization in close cooperation with the company CFO.
6. Market Expansion: Identify emerging market trends, consumer preferences, and industry innovations to guide product development and market expansion.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company adheres to all relevant industry regulations and standards, and work to secure necessary certifications and approvals.
8. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture key strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
9. Marketing, Brand and Reputation Management: Oversee the development and implementation of a cohesive marketing strategy. Protect and enhance the company’s reputation through effective communication, public relations, and brand management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
2. A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in a growth-oriented environment, with a proven track record of success in leading and growing teams.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of composite materials, sports industry dynamics, and industrial applications and associated intellectual property.
4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand market share.
7. Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
8. Visionary leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
9. Strong commitment to innovation and a results-driven mindset.
10. Ability to travel internationally.

Compensation:

Base Salary expected range: $200,000 – $300,000 per year.

In addition to base salary, the compensation package will include:
