Job Description
Under the supervision of the supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out non-specialized maintenance and repair work on our buildings. The position holder will therefore have to:
- Travel to various AIM locations in Quebec; (Can go to Sherbrooke, Sorel)
- Carry out repairs to walls, floors and ceilings;
- Repair and installation of doors (locks, handles, hinges, etc.);
- Carry out carpentry work;
- Carry out minor work (plumbing, painting, changing light bulbs and neon lights, etc.); Installation of air conditioning units and water heaters;
- Miscellaneous installation (shelves, hooks, etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar job;
- Valid class 5 driving license;
Skills sought:
- Great manual skills;
- Good physical condition ;
- Resourcefulness and autonomy;
- Good customer service;
Additional Information
- Permanent, full-time position, 100% job security guaranteed;
- Class 5 driving license required;
- Schedule Monday to Friday; (6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 40:00.
