In this vital role you will supervise the work done by the team members involving complex transactions, reporting and audits of worker data in the Human Resources (HR) system, Workday. The Workforce Operations & Reporting Manager will focus on innovation and continuous improvement and collaborate cross-functionally to analyze and optimize HR system and process functionality. Additionally, the manager understands how data flows to critical downstream systems (benefits, finance, etc.) and helps to mitigate risk when changes are made in the Workday system to these other systems.
Responsibilities
Leads the workforce administration team members in their operational daily responsibilities through yearly performance management via coaching/feedback, 1:1’s and quality of work.
Leads the reporting workstream in output of reports from Visier, Tableau, Workday, SAS and other reporting platforms.
Develops succession plans for each team member and cross trains to ensure coverage
Deliver monthly metrics for reporting output to management
Monitors effectiveness and quality of the workforce administration run activities and resource allocation needs.
Provides direction of security and data auditing activities as well as reporting for Workday to ensure data integrity and compliance is met.
Oversee execution of successful use of Enterprise Interface Building templates via team members for partner and business needs.
Staff development through identification of performance strengths and needs through quality program initiatives and metrics/KPIs.
Actively involved in the collection of system improvements/enhancements to raise requests for change.
Coordinate system testing or requirements building to produce effective and sustainable system solutions.
Develop and maintain Workforce Administration training curriculum and enhance system specific training for all new hires of HR Connect.
Handle partner concerns from the business and other collaborators to solution and root cause issues to increase satisfaction and best in class service delivery.
Managing relationships with global counterparts to ensure global consistency and consideration for system initiatives, changes and enhancements.
Partnering with cross functional teams to improve process and procedures related to the workforce administration activities.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
Or
Master’s degree and 3 years of HR Operations/Reporting experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of HR Operations/Reporting experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 10 years of HR Operations/Reporting experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of HR Operations/Reporting experience
And
Previous managerial experience directly managing people and/or experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Workday report writing and calculated fields experience
Previous experience working with Visier, SAS, Tableau, Workday or other reporting systems
Hands on experience in creating EIBs, mass reorgs, Workday security administration, mass actions within Workday
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as need
Strong communication skillset
Previous managerial experience managing both technical and functional teams day to day work activities
