What You’ll Do

· Communicating with both our customers and accounts via phone and email to schedule the delivery of their product

· Receive and navigate customer escalations leading up to and on the day of delivery

· Manage customer service requests and escalate to the account manager when necessary

· Assist our delivery teams in achieving a score of 4.85 / 5 or greater in the planning and execution of our deliveries

· Respond to client requests in a timely manner to ensure we are providing a level of service that helps us maintain our standard level of excellence

· Ensure each and every customer we connect with feels prioritized

· Other duties as assigned

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
