Logistics Coordinator
AML International Transport is a full transportation and logistics service provider with over 20 years of experience.
We support our employees and provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Truck, Ocean and Air shipments
- Respond to customer requests & queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating with team members to plan and organize shipments
- Enter new data into operating systems and maintain customer portals with up to date information
- Preparing documentation for shipments and updating operating systems
- Tracking and tracing shipments
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight brokerage or related experience
- Experience handling Truck, Air & Ocean shipments considered an asset
- Proficient in a computerized working environment with the desire to learn new software.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Team player
- Good time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
