The Role
Key Accountabilities
Managing various administration activities including candidate inquiries, document verification, background checks, onboarding, proctoring assessments and facilitating drug screening processes during live hiring events.
Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
Updating the applicant tracking system as and ensure data accuracy
Managing the candidate needs and expectations and working to the service levels agreed with the client.
Skills & Experience
1-3 years of office experience with a busy and challenging administration, support role or customer service environment is required.
Working within a recruitment environment, including experience scheduling interviews is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
