– Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
– Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
– Food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one
