As a strategic partner to the business, the People & Culture Business Partner Manager acts as a trusted advisor, coach and primary contact to leaders and teammates with Andrew Peller Limited assigned business units. This is a player-coach role in that the incumbent will be a direct business partner to certain business units and also lead a team of two Business Partners who support the remaining business units. This role collaborates closely with People & Culture subject matter experts in Talent, Compensation and Benefits, and Payroll to identify, develop and advocate for the needs of the client’s group, drive business unit performance and mitigate Human Resources matters through effective critical thinking and ensuring resolution. The role will support assigned business units to develop and implement a people plan aligned to deliver on the business goals of the function including deploying, retaining, engaging and developing talent.
This role will be hybrid work from home with a regular requirement to work onsite at our Grimsby, Oakville and Niagara on the Lake locations.
