About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate responsible for creating visually appealing digital and printed assets, collaborating closely with the Director and Social Media Manager. As the Graphic Designer/Web Manager, you will establish a consistent look based on ANDY Corp’s 360 branding, while updating and maintaining our websites with expertise in web design, UI, and UX principles. Tracking web analytics, providing valuable insights, and supporting content development efforts will be integral components of your role, contributing to our marketing success.

What you’ll do here:

• Collaborate closely with the Director and Social Media Manager to understand ANDY Corp’s 360 marketing and communication strategy
• Establish a cohesive look and feel based on ANDY Corp’s 360 branding to be implemented across all visual marketing assets
• Conceptualize and create digital and printed visual assets, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts, aligned with the mark/comm plans, calendars, and campaigns
• Design visually compelling ad campaigns to effectively promote ANDY Corp’s services and offerings
• Ensure visual cohesiveness across all marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency
• Update and maintain websites, ensuring the content is accurate, up to date, and visually appealing
• Track and monitor web analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
• Support content development efforts by assisting with photography, video editing, and other related tasks

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer/Web Manager or in a similar role
• Exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design styles and techniques
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools
• Solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and responsive design
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective design requirements
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• High level of professionalism and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in both English and French is a plus (bilingual proficiency preferred)
